We are seeking a motivated and well-organised Working Student to support our Admissions & Recruitment team for our Master’s and MBA programmes.

In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution of our admissions processes and recruitment activities, working closely with an international team in a dynamic academic environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys combining administrative responsibilities with marketing and communication tasks. If you are comfortable working in both German and English and thrive in a structured yet fast-paced setting, we look forward to receiving your application.

Anforderungen

 

  • Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, with at least one year of studies remaining
  • Studying a programme in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ffluent in German, with strong English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to administrative and data-related tasks
  • Strong interest in data-driven marketing, CRM systems, and process optimisation
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with prospective students in an international environment
  • Affinity for working with data, numbers, and structured systems
  • Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with PDF tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Full Fabric or similar tools)
  • Initial experience in admissions, customer service, administration, or event coordination
  • Availability to work full days on agreed weekdays as part of the 15–20 hours per week (Preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
