Student Assistant (f/m/x) Marketing Team

Our Marketing department is looking for a Student Assistant ( f/m/x ) ( Start : January 202 5 / 20 hours / week) Tasks: Support the weekly FS Shop merchandising stand on campus (4 - 8 hours per week) + preparation and accounting Stock management; manage merchandise overview, stock count, re - ordering, communication with third - party vendors and organisation of the shop cupboards Create and research new ideas for merchandise and goodies Event support; support with planning and execution of FS Marketing & Recruitment events Post - event analysis Market research Database management; manage and support with process optimisation and data clean - up General organisational and administrative support Skills: Reliable and able to work independently with prioritising tasks Lead and execute own projects Strong eye for detail and ability to work within deadlines Strong organisational skills Excellent face - to - face communication skills English & German language skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel The position is perfect for a communicative and open - minded working student who can manage flexible working hours (evening and occasional weekend events), who is enthusiastic to work for the marketing department and gain insights into marketing & recruitment.
