As Intern / Working Student Venture Development, you will join our journey and build your own personal growth path at Conves and our Venture Balancio: From diving deep into the world of accounting, shaping the future of our innovative platform to directly contributing to the growth of our startup – it will certainly never get boring! Alongside the development on-the-job, you will benefit from a structured learning program and inspiring colleagues to work with!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Product Market Fit & MVP: Utilize a minimum viable product to test assumptions, gather customer feedback, and refine the product to meet target market needs
- Market Research & Go-to-Market: You'll dive deep into the market to discover what our potential partners want. With these insights, you'll develop a plan for how we can successfully launch our product
- Business Plan & Value Proposition: You'll create a detailed business plan that outlines how we'll become profitable. A key focus will be on defining the unique value that our product and service offers

- Currently studying Business administration, finance, or a related field
- Experience (internship/working student) in accounting is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
