Am Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften ist in der Abteilung Rechnungswesen an der Professur für Rechnungswesen , insb. Management Accounting (Prof. Dr. Rohlfing- Bastian) der Goethe- Universität Frankfurt ist ab dem 01.01.2024 die Stelle für eine*n Wissenschaftli che* n Mitarbeite r* in (m/w/d) ( E 13 TV - G - U , 75% - Teilzeit ) z unächst befristet für die Dauer von drei Jahren mit der Option auf Verlängerung zu besetzen. Die Eingruppierung richtet sich nach den Tätigkeitsmerkmalen des für die Goethe- Universität geltenden Tarifvertrage s (TV - G - U). Die Stelle ist Teil des Transregio- Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG). Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Forschung im Rahmen des Projektes A02 „ Transparenzwirkungen von Organisationsinnovationen“ mit dem Ziel der Promotion. D as Projekt wird in Kooperation mit der Humboldt - Universität Berlin durchgeführt. Unsere Forschungsmethoden umfassen empirische, modelltheoretische und experimentelle Untersuchungen. Einstellungsvoraussetzungen sind: e in mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Diplom / Master ) in einem wirtschaftswis senschaftlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkten im Accounting, Organisationsökonomik , oder Personal ökonomik sehr gute quantitative Fähigkeit en und Kenntnisse im Bereich Management Accounting, Organisationsökonomik , oder Personal ökonomik ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an empirischer oder modelltheoretischer Forschung sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Kenntnisse in MS - Office; erwünscht sind zudem Kenntnisse in den für die Forschungsmethode relevanten Analysemethoden sowie relevanter Software (z. B. statistische Datenanalyse/Ökonometrie, Spieltheorie, Stata, R, Mathematica, Matlab) e rwartet werden darüber hinaus Flexibilität, Kommunikations - und Teamfä higkeit, ein hohes Maß an Selbstmotivation sowie Interesse an (internationalen) Konferenzteilnahmen, Forschungsaufenthalten im Ausland und Forschungskooperationen Es wird eine verantwortungsvolle und interessante Tätigkeit mit sehr guten Weiterbildungs - u nd Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten geboten.
